Registration will be open until June 3rd, 2025. However, selections are ongoing with spots filling up quickly, so nominate your car as soon as possible.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please Read the Instructions Carefully!
You will receive an email confirming your nomination. This does not mean you are in the show. If selected, you will receive an email confirming that you have been selected as a display car. NOTE: If you are not selected for the show, your registration will be refunded.
Insurance: By registering your car you agree to be fully responsible for all risks and liabilities that may be incurred as a result of your participation in the event. The nominated car must be covered by an ALL PERILS and LIABILITY insurance policy.
We will notify you of the final car selections on or before June 7th 2025. Space is limited. All nominated vehicles will be considered for each Car Corral. We reserve the right to limit the number of vehicles on display.
Preference will be given to; i) the best selections for the Car Corral and ii) level of registration. All cars accepted to the show will be posted online and made available for public sponsorship through the "Sponsor a Car" page.
If your car is accepted as a display vehicle with a Bronze or Silver registration, then you agree to allow the Yorkville Exotic Car Show to make your car available for Gold sponsorship by the general public.
Vehicle Registration
All proceeds from registrations are charitable donations to Melanoma Canada and tax receipts will be issued in the Donor's Name.
